"Millgate House Hotel" was originally a home for "wayward girls" in the 1800's and became a miller's house in 1890. It was subsequently converted into flats in 1972 and then became "Millgate House Hotel" in 1981. A substantial extension was added 1991 which tripled the room capacity (all furnished to a very high standard) and which now includes the popular `Orangery Bar & Restaraunt'

The `Orangery Bar and Restaurant' will comfortably seat 80 diners in its' attractive surroundings.
The `Blue Room Restaurant' provides an A La Carte menu and a Private Cocktail Bar which is ideal for private functions.
The Hotel also caters for private parties, weddings, conferences etc. all of which can be tailored to individual requirements.
